Purpose
The purpose of this project was to develop a business proposal and design solution for a conceptual organization or company. For this assignment Community Food Rescue was developed. Community Food Rescue is a conceptual non-for-profit organization that partners with local restaurants and grocery stores to rescue their usable surplus food. These ingredients are brought back to their kitchens all over Canada and made into healthy, balanced meals for those who are facing food insecurity.

Target Audience
Primary: People, individuals and families, who regularly face food insecurity. They could be homeless or struggling with the rising cost of living.
Secondary: People, individuals and families, who struggle with food insecurity from time-to-time. These individuals live paycheque to paycheque, and with a tight budget, they may struggle with getting food on the table.
Fringe: People, individuals and families who are facing an emergency situation that lead to putting food on the table difficult. These people may have lost their job, faced a tragic event, or have recently been released from incarceration.
